Our program is designed to help businesses expand their reach and tap into new markets by leveraging the power of physical retail location and cross-border e-commerce.

Cross Border Retails is a program that enables businesses to establish a physical retail presence while also providing online commerce availability. The program aims to drive 20% of sales through physical stores and 80% through online channels. By offering customers the convenience of shopping online and the ability to physically interact with products, businesses can create a more engaging and personalized shopping experience.

Program requirements

To be eligible for our Cross Border Retails program, companies must meet the following requirements:

  • Have an established business model
  • Have a POP design fits physical retail presence
  • Have an online commerce platform
  • Be willing to expand their business across international borders

To apply for the Cross Border Retails program, you need to submit a detailed letter of application. The submission period is open indefinitely, with four evaluation windows annually. Each application will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Product launch readiness
  • Business feasibility
  • Brookfield properties’ standard merchant code compliance
  • Innovativeness

If your application is selected, you will be notified and invited to participate in the program.
