She has led and executed research projects using both qualitative and quantitative methods, such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.  She has a passion for understanding user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.

Natalie Durland

Natalie is a program manager and UX research fellow at Seattle Partners. Natalie was a researcher at UW Medicine Lab before joining to Seattle Partners.  She has over five years of experience in managing complex projects that involve data analysis, customer insights, and product development. She is passionate about finding innovative solutions that address the needs and challenges of the healthcare sector.
